This 29,000
square foot grocery store is at the " Emmett Plaza " Complex on one of
Emmett Idaho's busiest streets Washington Avenue ( Highway 52 ) and 10th
Street intersection. There are six other small stores in the complex as
well.
The building
is concrete block construction with vermiculite filled cells, 2x6 Truss
Joist roof framing, Single membrane reflective white roofing, over 2 inch
Styrofoam sheeting for insulation and batting in the roof structure. There
